Secretary and Trustee
Mrs. Rashmi H, a Bachelor of Commerce graduate, brings a strong background in education through her experience as a teacher. She is deeply committed to the development and empowerment of marginalized communities, with a particular focus on women and adolescents. As Secretary of The DISHA Foundation, she leverages her expertise to promote awareness, inclusion, and social change at the community level, driving initiatives that create meaningful and lasting impact.
Mr. Vijaya Kumar B
Trustee
Mr. Vijaya Kumar B is a seasoned finance, commercial, and audit professional with over 13 years of experience. Holding an MBA, he brings strong expertise in stakeholder management, financial systems, and program leadership. Passionate about women’s empowerment, he actively supports Self-Help Groups (SHGs), guiding women in maintaining financial records, starting small enterprises, and developing entrepreneurial skills that lead to sustainable livelihoods.

Diksha K collaborates with The DISHA Foundation as a Program Consultant. With over two years of experience in the development sector, Diksha brings strong expertise in training, with a particular focus on Women’s Empowerment and facilitating drama-based programs for school children. Fluent in Kannada, English and Hindi, Diksha leads training programs for migrant workers and has hands-on experience in understanding their needs and supporting them in adapting to urban work and living environments. Diksha is passionate about designing inclusive and participatory learning experiences and brings a unique strength through a strong background in theatre and performance, using creative methods to drive engagement and meaningful impact.
