Mrs. Rashmi H, a Bachelor of Commerce graduate, brings a strong background in education through her experience as a teacher. She is deeply committed to the development and empowerment of marginalized communities, with a particular focus on women and adolescents. As Secretary of The DISHA Foundation, she leverages her expertise to promote awareness, inclusion, and social change at the community level, driving initiatives that create meaningful and lasting impact.
Mr. Vijaya Kumar B
Trustee
Mr. Vijaya Kumar B is a seasoned finance, commercial, and audit professional with over 13 years of experience. Holding an MBA, he brings strong expertise in stakeholder management, financial systems, and program leadership. Passionate about women’s empowerment, he actively supports Self-Help Groups (SHGs), guiding women in maintaining financial records, starting small enterprises, and developing entrepreneurial skills that lead to sustainable livelihoods.

Board Advisor and Program Strategist
Ms. Annapoorni S brings over 15 years of expertise in program strategy, design, and impact evaluation. She provides strategic direction for implementation, leads capacity-building and training programs, and ensures effective monitoring and evaluation across initiatives. Proficient in Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, and English, she fosters communication and collaboration among diverse communities and stakeholders to ensure impactful outcomes and strong organizational learning.

Fluent in Kannada and Hindi, Ashwini leads migrant worker training programs, fostering inclusive, respectful, and empowering workplace environments.

Fluent in Tamil, Padmavathi combines deep local understanding with a strong commitment to advancing social and workplace transformation.
